Management

Hernan Rodas Founder and Owner His vision was to offer the opportunity to discover the Galapagos in a deeper way, being the pioneer in developing real "Lodge to Lodge" alternatives. His priorities are a combination of great respect for green practices and a strong dedication to reach social goals. He is from Cuenca and speaks fluent English.

Roberto Dager Lodges Manager With Red Mangrove since 2008, he holds a degree as Licentiate in Hospitality and Tourism, as well as a degree in Sustainable Development. He Speaks English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish and successfully leads operations in our three lodges: Aventura, Isabela, and Floreana. His dedicated efforts, charm, and knowledge are important pillars in ensuring guest satisfaction.

Jahaida Delgado Human Resources Manager She has a degree as in System Engineering. As Roberto's wife, she is also his right hand and ensures the well-being of the entire Red Mangrove family.
