The fish market in Puerto Ayora is always a great spot to see animals. Despite the sea lion and pelicans right beside her, Dena is focused on something else. When the fisherman clean their catch, the sea lions and pelicans are right in there, picking up all the scraps. The fisherman are there, either cleaning, selling or just hanging out, both day and night. Depending on the time of year you visit, you might even see fresh lobster. But you are almost guaranteed to see a few sea lions – especially if the fisherman are cleaning their catch.

Have you seen the fish market? What is your favorite part?
