This weeks photo is of a dramatic an open sky about a recent tour group to Las Tintoreras – a hike through a lava field on Isabela Island. A highlight for many on the hike, is an area where white-tipped reef sharks can be seen resting during the day. When we were there we saw three in the sheltered area.
You can expect much weather like this in the Galapagos, this time of year.
