RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION
POLICIES
The Red Mangrove Adventure Inn.
In our quest to improve the relationship with
our clients, we have established the following
policies:
1. RESERVATION: fax or e-mail
specifying should confirm every reservation:
* All reservations must be made and confirmed
either by fax or by e-mail, and should include
the following
information:
• Complete Name(s) of the guest(s) or group
if an agency
• Arrival and departure dates
• Number of nights stay
• Type of room(s) required
• Payment method
• Our policy required booking to be made
at least 3 months beforehand.
2. PRE-PAYMENT
Guests & Agencies
The only way to confirm your reservation is to
make a deposit or SWIFT transfer of 50% of the
total booking price; the difference must be paid
15 days before the arrival date. These deposits
must be paid into our bank accounts

For any consumption within our hotel, we accept
the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard,
American Express, Diners Club.
3. CANCELLATION:
In order to cancel a booking you will need to
follow the following procedures in accordance
with our policies:
1.- For bookings made at least 3 months in advance,
notification of cancellation must be received
at least 45 days prior to the start of the intended
stay, resulting in the 50% deposit being reimbursed.
Failure to notify the hotel at least 45 days
in advance will result in forfeit of the 50%
deposit.
2.- For bookings made at least 45 days in advance,
notification of cancellation must be received
at least 21 days prior to the start of the intended
stay, resulting in the 50% deposit being reimbursed.
Failure to notify the hotel at least 21 days
in advance will result in forfeit of the 50%
deposit.
For the cancellation to take effect, it must
be sent to us in writing either by email to
recepcion@redmangrove.com or info@redmangrove.com,
or by fax to 59352527011 / 59352526564.
Cancellations are only accepted upon written
confirmation by the hotel’s reception.
